Security & trust

Your deal data is confidential. We treat it that way.

Your calls, emails, meetings and CRM records contain named people and commercial terms. They also contain things nobody meant to write down. Before you hand any of that to a new tool, you should know where it goes and who can see it. Here is the plain answer.

What we promise

Six things we won't compromise on.

Not rules someone has to remember to follow. They're built into how the product works.

Nobody else sees your deals

We keep your company's data separate from every other customer's. Nobody can switch that off by mistake. The database itself enforces it.

Stored in Europe

Every source you connect, and everything we derive from it, is held on servers in London and backed up there. Nothing is copied to other regions.

We never train on your data

Nothing you connect, whether a call, an email, a meeting or a CRM record, is ever used to train or improve any AI model. What happens on your deals stays yours.

Nothing leaks between customers

DealTruth learns from patterns, never from one customer's conversations. Your transcripts never leave your space.

People see only what they should

Reps see their own deals. Managers see the team's. Only admins can connect systems or change roles. The database enforces this. We do not simply hide the menus.

Every score can be traced

Months later you can still see why a deal scored the way it did. You can see which call, email or meeting caused it. We never rewrite history quietly.

Your control

It stays your data.

You decide what comes in, who sees it, and when it goes.

Choose what gets analysed
Connect only the sources you want, and exclude a client, a team, an inbox or an individual call. Not everything has to come in.
Remove a person on request
If someone asks to be erased, we remove them and everything derived from them, and confirm what was removed.
Export whenever you want
Your analyses and evidence are yours to take out, at any point, not just when you leave.
Deleted when you go
If you stop using DealTruth, your data is deleted and we confirm it in writing.

Your CRM stays in charge

DealTruth writes into the CRM you already own. It does not replace it. The intelligence your team relies on lives in a system you control. We chose this on purpose, so adopting us never puts your pipeline history somewhere you cannot reach it.

Straight answers

The awkward questions.

That's your call to make, and it's the same obligation your recorder already created. We analyse conversations your tools have captured. Your recording notice should mention that call content is analysed automatically. We'll share wording other teams have used, so it isn't a job you start from scratch.

No. A rep only ever sees deals they own, not hidden from view, but genuinely unavailable to them. Managers and admins see the whole pipeline. Changing what someone can see takes an admin deliberately changing their role.

Tell us and we remove it. That means the source itself, whether a call, an email or a meeting, and everything the analysis produced from it: the quotes, the scores, the history. We confirm back to you exactly what was removed, so you have something to show whoever asked.

You export it, then we delete it and confirm in writing. Your scores are also already sitting on your own CRM records, so the day-to-day intelligence your managers rely on doesn't disappear with us.

A fair question, and we'd rather answer it than dodge it. Because we write into your CRM rather than replacing it, what your team depends on day to day lives in a system you own. Export is available throughout, and we'll agree termination terms with partners who want that written down.

Due diligence

Bring us your questions early.

Connecting your calls, inboxes, calendars and CRM is not a small decision, and your security or legal team will have questions. We would rather work through them before you are invested than after. Ask, and we will answer in writing.
