What this website collects, and what it doesn't.

01Who we are

Integralis Solutions Limited, trading as DealTruth, is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16324142, at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall IP28 7DE.

02What this site collects

Only what you type into the request-access form:

• your name
• your work email address
• your company name

The form also records which page you were on when you sent it, so we know what you were reading.

That is everything. This site collects nothing else, from anyone.

03What this site does not do

We checked each of these against the site itself rather than assuming them:

• No cookies. The site sets none at all.
• No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no session recording.
• This site writes nothing to your browser’s storage.
• We build no profile of you. We never sell, rent or share your details for anyone else’s marketing.

There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

04Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use what you send to reply to you, and to talk to you about DealTruth.

We may also send you occasional emails about DealTruth: what we have built, and what it might do for a team like yours. Every one of them carries an unsubscribe link and one click is all it takes. We do not pass your details to anyone else to market to you.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. Specifically: our interest in answering business enquiries about our product, and in keeping in touch with people who asked to hear from us. We think that is fair, for three reasons. You gave us business contact details deliberately, and for exactly this purpose. We ask for nothing beyond what a reply needs. You can stop all of it at any time, in one click.

05Who else handles it

Three companies, each doing one job:

• HubSpot is our customer relationship system. When you submit the form, your browser sends it to HubSpot’s EU service directly. HubSpot is a US company. It may access data from outside the EU, under the safeguards in its own terms.
• Vercel hosts this website. It handles the technical request needed to send you these pages, which includes your IP address appearing in its server logs.
• Google supplies this site's typefaces. Your browser fetches them from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address.

Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, for any purpose.

06How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry while we are in contact with you about DealTruth. If nothing comes of it, we delete it within 12 months of our last contact with you. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

07Telling us to stop

You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time and we will stop. Click unsubscribe in any email we send, reply to it, or email us at the address below. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask you for one.

08Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of what we hold about you
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it
• restrict what we do with it
• give it to you in a portable form
• stop using it, including for any direct marketing

Email us and we will answer within one month, which is the period the law allows us. Exercising any of these rights costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.

09Complaints

If something we have done troubles you, email us. We will acknowledge it within five working days and give you a written answer.

You do not have to come to us first. You can complain directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, the UK’s data protection regulator. If you are in the EU, you can complain to the supervisory authority in your own country.

10Changes to this notice

If we change this notice we will change the date at the top of it. We will not make a change quietly and leave the old date in place.
